Raw material receiving and storage equipment

  • Raw material silo: according to the characteristics of raw materials such as urea, monoammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, etc., raw material silos of different capacities and materials are constructed, and the large-scale steel plate silo has the functions of moisture-proof, rain-proof and anti-caking, and is equipped with material level sensor and arch-breaking device.
  • Conveying equipment: Belt conveyor and bucket elevator are used to convey raw materials from conveyor to raw material silo to ensure stable and efficient supply of raw materials.

Raw material pre-treatment equipment

  • Vibrating screen: It is used to screen the large particles of impurities and lumps in the raw materials to ensure the uniformity of raw material size, and the aperture of vibrating screen can be adjusted between 1 – 5 mm according to the raw materials.
  • Crusher (optional): for serious lumps or large particles of raw materials, such as part of the potash fertiliser, you can choose the jaw crusher, hammer crusher, etc. for crushing, so that it meets the production requirements.

Batching equipment

  • Dosing scale: high precision electronic dosing scale, composed of load cell, instrument, control system and feeding device, can accurately measure raw materials according to the formula, the dosing accuracy can reach ±0.5%, to ensure the accurate proportion of fertiliser nutrients.
  • Dosing control system: advanced computer control system can store a large number of formulas and realise automatic dosing operation, meanwhile, it can monitor the status of equipment and dosing data in real time, which is convenient for management and adjustment..

Mixing equipment

  • Drum mixer: simple structure, relying on the cylinder rotation to drive the raw materials tumbling mixing, suitable for large-scale continuous production, according to the production scale and demand for selection.
  • Double-axis paddle mixer: the body is made of high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel, double-axis paddle reverse rotation, can make the raw materials in a short period of time to fully mixed, mixing uniformity of more than 95%, unloading fast and less residue.

Finished product packaging or bulk packaging equipment

  • Automatic bagging machine: For BB fertiliser to be packaged and sold, the bagging machine is equipped with different packaging specifications, such as 25kg, 50kg, etc., according to the market demand, and it can automatically complete the processes of measuring, filling, sealing, marking, etc., so that the bagging speed is fast and the measuring is accurate.
  • Bulk conveying system: For bulk BB fertiliser, it is equipped with bulk silo, discharge valve, conveying pipeline and loading equipment, which can directly convey the mixed fertiliser to the transport vehicle or storage facility, thus improving the efficiency of bulk conveying operation.

Quality testing equipment

  • Nutrient tester: NIR spectral nutrient tester or chemical analysis nutrient tester can quickly and accurately detect the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other major nutrients in BB fertiliser, which can provide a basis for formula adjustment and quality control.
  • Moisture Detector: Capacitive or infrared moisture detector can monitor the moisture of fertiliser in real time to ensure that the moisture of the product meets the national standard (generally 2% – 5%) and prevent caking and nutrient loss.

Production process

Raw material receiving and cleaning

All kinds of basic fertiliser raw materials arrive at the factory and enter the raw material receiving area after qualified inspection. Raw materials enter vibrating screen through conveying equipment to remove large impurities and lumps, and then deposited into the corresponding raw material warehouse.

Batching

According to the formula designed by soil test data and crop fertiliser demand, the batching control system directs the batching scale to accurately weigh each raw material. The weighed raw materials are put into the mixer in order.

Mixing

The mixing machine mixes the raw materials thoroughly, so that all kinds of nutrients are evenly distributed in each grain of fertiliser. The evenly mixed materials can be packed or bulked according to demand.

Packaging or bulk packaging

If you choose bagging, the mixed material enters the automatic bagging machine, packaged according to the set specifications and weight, and spray printed product information. If bulk packaging is chosen, the materials are directly loaded into transport vehicles or storage facilities through the bulk conveying system.

Quality Inspection

During the production process, online testing equipment is used for real-time monitoring of fertiliser nutrients and moisture, and timely adjustment is made when abnormalities are found. Sampling and testing of finished products, in addition to nutrients and moisture, but also test the particle size, particle strength and other indicators to ensure that product quality in line with national standards and enterprise requirements.

Nutrient content

It can be flexibly adjusted according to different soil fertility and crop requirements, with common ratios of 45% (N:P:K = 15:15:15), 51% (N:P:K = 17:17:17) and other ratios to meet the needs of various crop growth.

Particle size

Generally, the proportion of 2 – 5 mm particles is more than 80%, which ensures the uniformity and stability of the fertiliser in the process of fertiliser application and facilitates the mechanical application of fertiliser.

Physical properties

The particle strength is moderate, not easy to break, and the moisture content is controlled at 2% – 5%, to prevent caking and facilitate storage, transport and application.
