Working Principle
- Feed preparation: Mix the charcoal powder with a binder (if necessary), pre-dry it to a moisture content of ≤10%, and then sieve it to a particle size of <2 mm.
- Feeding: The prepared charcoal powder is fed into the hopper and conveyed to the pressing chamber by a variable speed screw feeder.
- High-pressure molding: The crankshaft mechanism drives the pressing head to compress the charcoal powder to form a dense charcoal block.
- Discharging and cutting: The formed charcoal rods are ejected by a hydraulic cylinder and cut into uniform lengths by a rotating blade.
- Discharging: The finished charcoal blocks are conveyed to a drying rack for curing and then packaged.
