Working Principle
When the Flat Die Wood Pellet Mill is working, the motor drives the spindle through the speed reducer, and the spindle makes the pressure roller rotate around it, and at the same time, the pressure roller also rotates around its own axis. The material enters into the feeding chamber and spreads evenly on the flat die under the action of distributor and scraper. The pressure roller rolls on the flat die, exerts pressure on the material, squeezes the material into the hole of the flat die, extrudes it into strips from the hole through plasticizing, and then cuts it into granules by the cutter, and discharges it from the discharge port.
