Raw material receiving and cleaning equipment
Primary cleaning sieve: effectively remove large impurities in raw materials, such as stones, twine, sack pieces, etc., to ensure the purity of raw materials entering the subsequent process, protect the normal operation of the equipment and improve the quality of feed. Permanent magnetic cylinder: use magnetic field to adsorb magnetic metal impurities in raw materials, avoiding metal foreign matter mixing into feed, causing harm to livestock, while preventing damage to processing equipment.
Crushing equipment
Hammer mill: through the high-speed rotation of the hammer to crush the raw materials, with high crushing efficiency, adaptability and other characteristics, can be a variety of grains, cake meal and other raw materials crushed to the appropriate size, to meet the needs of different livestock on the size of the feed particles.
Dosing and mixing equipment
Dosing scale: it can accurately measure the adding amount of various raw materials to ensure the accuracy and stability of the feed formula, providing guarantee for the production of high quality and nutritionally balanced livestock feed. Double shaft paddle mixer: adopting unique paddle structure and mixing principle, it can make the raw materials fully mixed in a short time, with high mixing uniformity, effectively avoiding the problem of nutritional imbalance of livestock caused by uneven mixing.
Granulation equipment
Pellet mill: extrudes the well-mixed powdered raw materials into pellets. By adjusting the parameters of the moulds and pressure rollers, pellet feeds of different diameters and lengths can be produced to meet the needs of different livestock species and growth stages.
Cooling and drying equipment
Counter-current cooler: using cold air and hot pellet feed flow in the reverse direction, quickly take away the heat and moisture in the pellet, make the pellet feed cool and dry quickly, improve the hardness and stability of the pellet, and make it easy to store and transport..
Screening and Packaging Equipment
Vibrating screen: sieve the cooled granular feed, remove the unqualified broken grain and powder, ensure the granular integrity and uniformity of the finished feed. Automatic Packing Scale: It can automatically pack the finished feed according to the set weight, with high packing precision and high speed to improve the production efficiency, meanwhile, it can adopt a variety of packing materials to meet the needs of different customers.

Production process
Raw material receiving and cleaning
Raw material enters into the primary cleaning screen through conveying equipment, removes large impurities and then enters into the permanent magnetic cylinder, removes magnetic metal impurities, and then enters into the raw material warehouse for storage.
Crushing
According to the requirements of the formula, the corresponding raw materials are selected from the raw material warehouse, and after accurate measurement by the dosage scale, they are sent to the hammer crusher for crushing, and the crushed raw materials enter the crushing bin.
Batching and mixing
According to the set feed formula, all kinds of crushed raw materials and additives are accurately weighed on the dosage scale, and then enter into the biaxial paddle mixer for full mixing, and the evenly mixed materials enter into the granulation bin.
Granulation
The materials in the granulation bin are transported to the pellet mill, where they are extruded by the pressure rollers and moulds to form granular feed. The freshly made granules have a high temperature and contain a certain amount of moisture.
Cooling and drying
The hot pellet feed enters into the counterflow cooler, and undergoes cooling and drying process to make its temperature and moisture reach the standard requirements for storage and transport.
Sieving and Packaging
The cooled pellet feed is sieved through vibrating screen, the qualified pellets enter into the finished product warehouse, and finally packaged by automatic packing scale, labelled and ready for storage or delivery.

Pellet Diameter
Depending on the type and stage of growth of the livestock, pellets can be produced in diameters ranging from 2 - 10 mm, e.g. 4 - 6 mm for pigs and 6 - 10 mm for cattle.
Pellet length
Pellet length usually 1 - 3 times the diameter, can be adjusted according to customer requirements and equipment parameters.
Packing specification
The common ones are 20kg/bag, 25kg/bag, 50kg/bag and so on. We can also customise the packaging according to customers' special requirements.
