Equipment Configuration

Raw material receiving and pre-processing area

  • Raw material silo: according to the type and quantity of raw materials, build several raw material silos with different capacities, such as livestock and poultry manure silo, straw silo, dregs silo and so on.

  • Conveying equipment: Equipped with a set of efficient conveying system, including belt conveyor, bucket elevator and screw conveyor.

  • Screening equipment: A multi-layer vibrating screen is used to screen the raw materials, removing stones, metal impurities, plastics and other debris to ensure that the raw materials entering the production line are of high purity.

  • Crusher: For raw materials with high fibre content and large volume, such as straw and branches, a powerful crusher is equipped for pre-treatment.

Compost fermentation area

  • Tank fermentation equipment: it consists of fermentation tank, turning machine, ventilation system and so on. The fermentation tank adopts reinforced concrete structure, the ventilation pipe at the bottom ensures that the air passes in evenly, and the turner turns the heap at regular intervals, which promotes full contact between the materials and the air and accelerates the fermentation process.

  • Stacking fermentation equipment (optional): suitable for enterprises with spacious sites and the need to control investment costs. The raw materials are stacked into pallets, with ventilation pipes laid at the bottom, and a self-propelled turner or loader is used to turn the piles manually.

Crushing area

  • Primary crusher: choose high-power hammer crusher for preliminary crushing of fermented materials, crushing them into smaller particles, in preparation for subsequent processing.

  • Secondary crusher (optional): for the high-end market or customers with high requirements for product fineness, additional airflow crusher or ultra-micro crusher for fine crushing, so that the material reaches 80 – 200 mesh or even finer powder, to improve the effect of fertiliser nutrient release and crop absorption and utilisation rate.

Mixing area

  • Double-axis mixer: large-scale double-axis mixer is used for material mixing, which can make the material fully mixed in a short period of time, and the mixing uniformity can be more than 95%.

  • Rotary drum mixer (optional): Suitable for large-scale continuous production occasions, the cylinder rotates to drive the material tumbling and mixing. Comprehensive selection can be made according to the production scale, product formula and investment budget.

Bagging area

  • Automatic quantitative bagging machine: it can quickly adjust the packaging specifications according to the market demand, and the metering accuracy is controlled within ±0.2% to ensure that the weight of each bag of products meets the standard, reduce the error and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Palletising equipment: the packed products are sent to the palletising area via belt conveyor, and the palletising equipment can be chosen from automatic palletising robot or mechanical palletiser.

Dedusting area

  • Pulse bag filter: The high efficiency pulse bag filter is installed in the dust prone area, through the pulse blowing technology to ensure the air permeability of the bag and dust removal efficiency,To make the concentration of dust in the emission gas lower than the national environmental protection standard.

  • Cyclone dust collector (optional): In the case of raw material crushing and other large amount of dust and coarse particles, the cyclone dust collector can be installed before the pulse bag filter as a pre-dust removal equipment.

Production process

Raw material receiving and pre-treatment

All kinds of organic raw materials are transported to the receiving area of the plant, and after inspection and classification, the qualified raw materials are sent to the corresponding raw material silo for storage by the conveying equipment. Raw materials with large volume and long fibre are first crushed by crusher and then enter into the raw material warehouse, then the raw materials are output from the warehouse, and the impurities are removed by the screening equipment, so as to prepare for the fermentation.

Fermentation

The pre-treated raw materials enter the fermentation area, pouring into the fermentation tank or stacked into pallets, adding microbial fermentation bacterial agent to start aerobic fermentation. Ventilation system provides oxygen, the turner turns the piles regularly, and the fermentation parameters are regulated through sensor monitoring and the central control system to make the fermentation temperature and time suitable to ensure that the raw materials are fully ripened and form high-quality fermented materials.

Crushing

The mixed materials are conveyed into the automatic quantitative bagging machine, which measures, fills, seals and sprays according to the set specifications and weights, and then sent to the palletising area through the conveyor belt after bagging, and then neatly palletised by the palletising equipment, which is convenient for storage and transportation.

Mixing

The crushed powdery material is transported to the mixer, while adding nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers, trace elements fertilizers, biological fungicides and other additives according to the formula, the mixer is fully stirred to ensure that the various components are uniformly distributed to form a nutritionally balanced powdered organic fertilizer, mixing uniformity is high, to ensure product quality and stability.

Bagging

The mixed materials are conveyed into the automatic quantitative bagging machine, which measures, fills, seals and sprays according to the set specifications and weights, and then sent to the palletising area through the conveyor belt after bagging, and then neatly palletised by the palletising equipment, which is convenient for storage and transportation.

Raw material type

Livestock manure

Such as chicken manure, pig manure, cow dung, etc., rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other large elements and organic matter, is an important raw material for organic fertiliser.

Industrial waste residue

Such as wine lees, vinegar dregs, sugar dregs and marsh residue contain a certain amount of organic matter and nutrients, which can be used as raw materials after proper treatment..

Crop Stover

Stover rich in cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin and other organic constituents, including maize stover, wheat straw and rice straw. It improves soil structure, permeability and water retention.

Green manure crops

Such as purple daffodil, alfalfa, mountain celery, etc., can fix nitrogen in the air, and their aboveground and underground parts are rich in organic matter and nutrients.

Peat soil

Containing a large amount of humic acid and organic matter, it has good water retention and permeability, and can improve soil fertility and buffering properties.

Appearance

The product is in the form of uniform powder, without obvious lumps, impurities and peculiar smell, the colour varies slightly according to different raw materials, generally dark brown to black.

Nutritional content

Containing medium and trace elements and bioactive substances. Organic matter content ≥45%, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium (N+P₂O₅+K₂O) total nutrient content ≥5%.

pH value

The pH value of the product is generally between 5.5 – 8.5, close to neutral or slightly acidic, which helps to improve the physical and chemical properties of the soil and enhance soil fertility.

Moisture content

The moisture content is 5-10% to ensure effective fertiliser application and to ensure that the product is not susceptible to mould and deterioration during storage and transport.
